Covid-19 Protocols

We are continuing to adhere to protocols that will allow us to stay open during the COVID-19 pandemic.

protocols at our clinic

We are continuing to provide service to our clients by doing curbside service to keep our clients and our employees safely distanced. We miss our clients and look forward to a time when we can invite you back into the clinic for your pet’s visit.

When you arrive at the clinic for your appointment or pick-up, please call us to let us know that you have arrived and what parking place you are in. No need to call ahead of time and tell us you are on your way. The employee who answers your call will note where you are parked and your phone number to find out more information (if needed) and communicate with you during your appointment. As soon as the doctor is available, we will come and greet your pet to bring them into the clinic for their appointment. If the doctor needs to confer with you about anything that they note during your pet’s visit, they will call you at the phone number provided to us when you arrived. Please keep that line open and watch for a call from inside the clinic.

Payment information will be taken over the phone. Your pet, receipt, and anything that is being sent with you will be brought back out to you at your car.

If you are picking up medication refills or food, please call when you arrive and let us know which spot you have parked in. Payment will be taken over the phone, and your items will be brought out to you.

We thank you for your patience and understanding during all of this.
